#1: Rules Of engagement
Free-For-all (FFA): Weapons Free is 5 minutes, no cheats are permitted with the exception of the usage of R&D submarines, and the enity vie sheat which is always permitted, since it cannot be used unless if you are dead.
Team/War Dives: Weapons free is 10 minutes, no cheats are permitted with the exception of the usage of R&D submarines, and the enity vie sheat which is always permitted, since it cannot be used unless if you are dead.
#2: R&D Submarine Special ROE
Alfa SSN: while the alfa is in play, the alfa sub may use the 50kts cheat..At the same time, the 688 will have the -50% ownships noise cheat on. If a diesel or Trident submarine is in play, then they both use the +50% every one elses noise and the -50% own-ships noise. All other diesel and Trident SpecROE apply
Trident: uses and emplements the -50% own-ships noise but cannot fire unless if fired upon, has an Alert Speed restriction of 15kts, and an ALERT depth restriction of 500ft. The Trident Cannot use active sonar, and MUST get rid of the improved screw on the improvements block. Other SpecROE to the ALFA are listed above.
Diesel Attack Sub: emplements the -50% own-ships noise, but is limited to a maximum of 20kts. There is no depth restriction due to the simulated use of Fuel-Cells or AIP propolsion.
#3. Points System:
We have 2 segments for awarding points. Standard Points are as follows:
Mission report: 2 points
Friendly Fire= -10 points (-250 during war time)
Special Points are awarded during War time and are also awarded for those missions requiring specific mission requirements. Some points are positive others are negitive
The first number depicts Peace time, the second, war time.
Primary objective completed: 2/up to 10 depends on mission.
Primary mission failed: 0/up to -30
Secondary Mission Completed: 1/up to 7, depends on mission.
Ship kills: depends upon class, Kills are set as peace/war:
Patrol craft: 1/2
Frigate FF: 2/4
Land targets: 1-4/4-8
